COVID-19 POLICY

In light of the ever changing situation with COVID-19 and several states issuing “Shelter in Place” or “Stay at Home” orders we wanted to update you on a few temporary policy changes.

Our offices are currently CLOSED TO WALK-IN TRAFFIC, and will only be observing minimum operational hours to maintain the security and cleanliness of our facility.

Gate access hours will remain the same.

Our call center is available to take messages, and our managers are committed to returning each of these calls. Should you need anything or have any questions, please call the store number and either leave a message on the voicemail system or speak with a representative. These messages will be monitored and calls returned as quickly as possible throughout the day.

Should you need to rent a unit or transfer, these requests will be handled by appointment only. Please call to set up an appointment.

We will schedule any necessary appointments so that we only have one customer in the office at a time.

During any appointment for a rental or transfer, please observe the Social Distancing Requirements as outlined by maintaining at least six-foot distance from others, washing hands with soap and water for at least twenty seconds as frequently as possible or using hand sanitizer, covering coughs or sneezes into the sleeve or elbow, and not shaking hands.

Should you have a scheduled appointment to rent or transfer and become ill prior to this appointment, please let us know so we can cancel your appointment.

We know this is a difficult time for all, and we are confident we will all come out on the other side. We appreciate your business and value the health of you and those around you. Thank you for your understanding and patience during this ever changing situation.
